Guitar Maintenance 101 - Guitar Class + Dunlop Toolkit for setup!

This class will consist of a short presentation and demonstration by Jess DiPesa and Q&A after which you will work on your own instrument with step-by-step guidance from Tulsa Guitar Co staff.

Topics covered in no particular order:

• General evaluation of a guitar
• Truss rod adjustment
• Action
• Intonation
• Nut height
• Common troubleshooting
• String selection (scale length and tuning concepts)
• Pickup height
• Stringing technique
• Evaluating fret condition

Waiver - By participating in this class, the attendee acknowledges that guitar maintenance involves tools and string tension that may cause damage to the instruments or minor injury. Tulsa Guitar Company is not responsible for any damage to personal instruments or injuries that occur during the class.

We need 24 hours notice of cancellation to be eligible for a full refund. If you don’t make the refund window, you can still be entitled to the tools and have credit toward the next class OR in-store credit for $100(plus the toolkit).
